Our wireless emergency and nurse call systems give residents of senior living communities and healthcare facilities the security of knowing that help is close at hand if needed – but without getting in the way of day-to-day activity.

How it works
  1. ALARM DEVICE ACTIVATED ON PREMISES

The resident activates their pendant or pullcord  (or a smoke detector, fall sensor, security device, failed check in, or other optional sensors are activated) in the facility. 

2.   CALL SENDS OUT TO ADVCOMM MONITORING CENTER

Calls can be sent out from your emergency/nurse call system by telephone, wireless/cellular, IP or email.  

3.   ALARM SIGNAL RECEIVED BY AN ADVCOMM  24x7 OPERATOR

The alarm is routed to the next available operator.  Information is displayed on the operators screen pertaining detailed location and resident information.

4.   NOTIFICATION MADE BY ADVCOMM ALARM OPERATOR

Highly trained ADVCOMM operators contact on-site staff, the resident, or follows your preferred protocol.
