Calls can be sent out from your emergency/nurse call system by telephone, wireless/cellular, IP or email.
ALARM SIGNAL RECEIVED BY AN ADVCOMM 24x7 OPERATOR
The alarm is routed to the next available operator. Information is displayed on the operators screen pertaining detailed location and resident information.
NOTIFICATION MADE BY ADVCOMM ALARM OPERATOR
Highly trained ADVCOMM operators contact on-site staff, the resident, or follows your preferred protocol.
